heroes of humanness

purity and innocence are fragile by nature like glass

but at the same time they are unbreakable

despite being ridiculed tortured or even killed

the memory of those dedicated souls

who lived a life of self-sacrifice

were kept alive in humanity’s common consciousness

throughout mankind’s bloody history

while most of their arrogant foes with

spiritual or physical schwarzenegger-muscles

sank into oblivion.
